At Jingdezhen Ceramics, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized porcelain pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at chinaofjingdezhen@gmail.com or via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide a return shipping address within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging and send it back.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For damaged/defective items, we cover return shipping.
